This site presents Terra Coffee and its range. It is not yet a shop. You can put a coffee in a bag to see what it would come to, but no order can be placed and no payment can be taken. Nothing you do here creates a contract of sale.

When ordering opens, these terms will be replaced by terms of sale, and you will be asked to accept those before any purchase.

We describe our coffees as accurately as we can. Prices, weights, origins and tasting notes are given for information and may change. Photographs and 3D renderings illustrate the products; they are not a contractual description.

The Terra Coffee name, the logo, the packaging artwork, the photographs, the texts and the code of this site are protected. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or adapt any of it for commercial purposes without our written agreement.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, to gain access to parts of it that are not public, or to extract its content automatically and at scale. Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

We take care over this site but we do not promise it will always be available or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of it — lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what it contains.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Disputes fall to the courts of Seoul. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory rules, nor of the right to bring proceedings where you live.
