One star,
struck in gold
Eight points, raised a millimetre off the board on a sculpted brass die. Foil doesn't sit on the surface — the light has to travel across it.
Board,
not cardboard
Two millimetres of rigid greyboard, wrapped in leather-grain paper dyed through to the core. Cut it and the colour goes all the way down.

The lid
takes its time
No magnet, no click. Trapped air holds it for a beat, then lets go. Everything about the object is designed around that second.
Ten,
seated
Ten sachets, each in its own barrier pouch, nitrogen flushed, held in a flocked bed. Soft film against rigid board — you notice it in the hand before you notice it in the eye.

Roasted
in Trieste
A family roastery founded in 1949, at the port through which Europe has received green coffee for centuries. Each origin roasted on its own profile, in small separate batches, turned slowly in the drum and cooled by air.
Every batch is tasted in-house and the roast verified on the Agtron scale before it is packed, made to order, close to the day it was roasted.
